"Being a first time car buyer from Charge a Car let me express my experiences in the past. I went with my daughter a few years ago to C&C Ford in Horsham to buy a new Escort. She had a perfect credit report. 4 hours to drive the car off the lot. A couple years ago, Fred Beans, I went with her to buy a new Mustang as well. 4 1/2 hours to drive off the lot. By then we both had lost all interest in the car. The problem? The salesman was holding five other customers at the same time and we were constantly put on hold. With Charge A Car - Ted & Rich, I dropped off my documents in the morning, went to work until noon, went back, signed paperwork (30 min) and done off the lot. No customer wants to sit for hours with paperwork. My experience there was unlike any other I've had. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming from everyone, the turtle tank, the food, such a small little dealership so impressive would make me not want to ever go anywhere else again for a car. My daughter and new son in law live in Upper Black Eddy - they have recently bought two new vehicles from A&T because of the reputation of the dealership. That's quite a distance away from them but they are pleased with service, pleased with the customer service in general. Her experience with A&T and mine with Charge a Car, we will not ever go anywhere else again and we share our experiences with our friends. I am a very pleased customer - I would like this letter to go to your supervisor or main office in recognition to this business. "Our family has been coming to the Auto Mile for about 8 years.  Between ourselves and our 2 sons, we have bought about a dozen cars from them.  I do not know of a friendlier or more helpful group of guys and gals.  They are always willing to do whatever it takes to get you into the car that you want at a payment that you can afford.  Even when we did not have the full down payment on the sticker, they worked with us on the payments so that when we left the dealership, we had the car we wanted.  They always stand behind the warranty on the vehicles.  If there is a problem with the car, they let me get an estimate from my own mechanic, and if it is reasonable, I can go to my mechanic to get it fixed and they pay the repair bill.  I do not know of any other dealership that would do this.
Also, the customer  appreciation parties are a blast!  What other car dealership has a party and gives away great prizes just for being a customer. And actually PAYS OFF YOUR CAR just for referring people to them!"
